Located in historic downtown Philipsburg, The Loft is on the second floor of the iconic
Opera House Building, home to the Opera House Theatre, the oldest continuously run theatre in Montana. There is an array of year-round activities within walking distance, including movies and live theatre & music at the Opera House, shopping and dining along Broadway, and ice skating, concerts, and fairs, at Winninghoff Park Ice Rink and Arena

The Loft is over 2000 finished square feet inside and has a 500 square foot deck looking back on
the mountains to the east, providing ample room to relax and spread out during your stay. Featuring a pool table / ping pong combo.

The Loft has an open floor plan with high ceilings, plentiful windows, beautiful millwork, and original fir flooring.  The expanse of the space makes it feel like you could be in a trendy, renovated warehouse district in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York.

The spacious kitchen has a gas stove, new dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, and plenty of countertop space to prepare your own meals if desired.  There is also a generous counter-height peninsula table perfect for socializing and happy hours. 

The great room space of the Loft offers a dining table that seats ten, a charming reading area in front of the wood stove, and a living area with comfortable furniture facing a large screen television. This open area affords enough space to be together without feeling cramped.

The Loft sleeps up to seven with two bedrooms on the main floor, each appointed with a queen bed, noise machines, and black-out curtains, and three single beds in the upstairs alcove. With new mattresses and linen throughout, you can feel confident that everyone will get a good night's sleep. 

The bathroom includes a shower as well as an antique, oversized clawfoot tub perfect for a soak while enjoying a glass of wine. With a full-size washer & dryer, you can easily launder your clothes after a day of play.
